<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support improvement activities in a manual assembly line by automatically finding abnormality as quickly as possible in working hours and work sequences in each process of the manual assembly line. <P>SOLUTION: While the IDs of workpieces are acquired at a plurality of points in a production line, the start of a work and the end of the work are detected in each process, and thus the work start time and the work end time are recorded for each workpiece ID and for each process. Then, when either item of the work start time and the work end time is recorded, by examining record contents of a previous item of the workpiece or the same item of the previous workpiece, the abnormality in the working hours or the work sequence is detected, and the detected abnormality and a process related to the abnormality are output. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
