PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an information management system which can efficiently perform inspection operation of industrial waste disposal.

SOLUTION: An information management system is equipped with; an information management device 100 which manages inspection information regarding the inspection of a waste disposer which a waste discharging person performs; and a plurality of communication terminals 1A and 1B which are connected to the information management device 100 and transmit and receive inspection information. The information management device 100 is equipped with; an information storage section 20 which stores inspection information from each communication terminal; a group identification section 14 which identifies a group to which each communication terminal belongs; a control section 19 which extracts inspection information about communication terminals in the group to which the communication terminal belongs from the information storage section 20 and transmits it to the communication terminal; and a setting section 13 which sets up sequence of carrying about of inspection based on inspection information so as not to perform overlappingly same inspection in the same group when being set up so that the same inspection may be performed within the same group with each communication terminal.
