PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply clamp circuit capable of suppressing the generation of an unwanted power supply leakage current in a permissible power noise level. SOLUTION: A reference voltage circuit 6 supplies a reference voltage VDDR in which a first power supply voltage VDD to be supplied from a first power supply terminal 10 is reduced at a predetermined potential, to a buffer circuit 5 as a voltage for electrically short-circuiting between first and second power supply terminals 10 and 11 while controlling a transistor 7 (clamp element) in an on-state. The buffer circuit 5 generates a signal for controlling the transistor 7 in an-on state on the basis of the reference voltage VDDR. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
