A COG(chip on glass) LCD is provided to reduce a drop phenomenon of an analog power voltage by temporarily short-circuiting a digital power line and an analog power line only in a section where a current increases, and thus making resistance of analog power and resistance of digital power in parallel. An image display region includes a thin film transistor and a pixel electrode in a pixel region defined by a gate line and a data line. A plurality of drive IC chips are formed into a COG type at an outer edge of the image display region. A LOG(line on glass) line cascade-connects the plurality of drive IC chips to distribute various signals inputted from an external drive circuit to the drive IC chips and includes an analog power line(1) and a digital power line(2). First and second switches(SW1,SW2) are configured between the analog power line and the digital power line in order to temporarily short-circuit the two power lines.
