<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the image processing of a dynamic image at timing desired by a user in a dynamic image processing system for performing image processing for animation information. <P>SOLUTION: A requiring information providing means M3 provides requiring information for requiring to perform image processing for acquired animation. The requiring information has specific information for specifying a scene included in low-accuracy animation information. The specific information has the position information of a scene to be specified. An image processing means M5 specifies a scene of the low-accuracy animation information on the basis of the position information owned by the specific information of the acquired requiring information, and performs image processing for the high-accuracy animation information corresponding to the specified scene. A animation information generating means M11 generates high-accuracy animation information and low-accuracy animation information on the basis of the acquired motion image photographing information. The means M11 stores the high-accuracy animation information in an animation storing means M9. The high-accuracy animation information and the low-accuracy animation information have position information for specifying a scene.
