PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scratch shielding agent composition for glass vessel having high affinity to glass, excellent property to shield scratch of glass, effectively preventing the scratch damage on a coating film or a glass surface, exhibiting various desired properties and especially having excellent light-shielding property of ultraviolet rays. SOLUTION: The scratch shielding agent composition for glass vessel contains the following six components (A) to (F) as essential components and shields ultraviolet rays. (A) A silicone resin expressed by formula 1: (CH<SB>3</SB>)<SB>a</SB>(C<SB>6</SB>H<SB>5</SB>)<SB>b</SB>(R<SP>1</SP>O)<SB>c</SB>SiO<SB>(4-a-b-c)/2</SB>(R<SP>1</SP>is an alkyl; 0<a; 0<b; 0.5<a+b<2; 0.8≤a/b≤10; and 0.4≤c≤0.2), (B) an 8-26C fatty acid, (C) a silane coupling agent containing an aminoalkyl group, (D) an organic compound selected from a≥16C monohydric alcohol and an ester of an≥8C fatty acid and≥3C monohydric alcohol, (E) a solvent composed of a straight-chain or cyclic volatile organosiloxane and/or isoparaffinic aliphatic hydrocarbon and (F) an ultraviolet absorber.
