PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damping panel and a damping structure of a building capable of carrying out effective vibration control by a simple constitution at a low cost as the damping structure such as a wooden building or the like by a framework wall method such as a two-by-four construction or the like and a wooden framework method as the conventional method. SOLUTION: The damping panel or the like is constituted of a plurality of frames 6 arranged in an inside space formed by adjoining two studs 1 and 2 and both up and down ties 3 and 4 opposed to each other, wall materials 7 and 8 covering an inside opening section and an outside opening section of a plurality of frames 6 and fixed to a plurality of frames 6 and elastic bodies 5 intervening in either one of at least between two studs 1 and 2 adjacent to either one of a plurality of frames 6, between both up and down ties 3 and 4 opposed to either one of a plurality of frames 6 or between adjoining two frames 6 in a plurality of frames 6. A high damping rubber 5 in each partition has good deformation efficiency, and the vibration energy more efficiently applied to a panel or the like can be absorbed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
