PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide s rotary sliding door capable of preventing a larger scaled door structure and eliminating controls on the rotational direction of a door. SOLUTION: The rotary sliding door 10 is equipped with a door body 20 opening and closing an opening section 18 separately formed of a wall 12, a ceiling 14 and a floor 16, a hanging mechanism section 22 is placed in the upper part of the center in the direction of the width of a door body 20, and the door body 20 is rotatably supported. The door body 20 has a slide movement guide section 24 guiding it to the end section side of the opening section 18 in a slidingly movable manner in a state to rotate at a predetermined angle. The hanging mechanism section 22 has a hinge 22a returning to an original position by it's own weight when torque is applied to the door body 20, and the guide section 24 has an upward slope toward the end of the opening section 18 from the center of the door body 20. When the door body 20 is pushed forward, it rotates with the hanging mechanism section 22 as the center, and when a cross angle with the opening section 18 becomes a predetermined angle, it is slidingly moved along th guide section 24. When thrust force of the door body 20 is dissipated, it goes down the upward slope by it's own weight, and it is rotated by energizing force of the hinge 22a to close the opening section 18.
