<p>It is possible to obtain a communication driver performing data transform between a facility unit and a management unit even when they use different data formats in a manufacturing system where a facility machine is connected to the facility unit provided with a device for controlling the facility machine based on an instruction from the management unit, and to the management unit having a management application program for managing the facility unit. The communication driver comprises device drivers (51a, 51b) provided for each type of devices (22a, 22b) in the manufacturing system and supervising communication with the devices (22a, 22b), and unit drivers (52A, 52B) provided for each type of facility machines (21A, 21B) in the manufacturing system and accessing the object facility machines (21A, 21B) by using the device drivers (51a, 51b) in accordance with an instruction from the management application program (31). The device drivers (51a, 51b) and the unit drivers (52A, 52B) are arrange in hierarchy.</p> |
