<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure amplification performance with high stability by compensating fluctuations of high frequency input power and control voltage or fluctuations of bias current caused by temperature fluctuations. <P>SOLUTION: When the fluctuations of the high frequency input power to the base of a first transistor 1, the fluctuations of control voltage applied from the outside to the collector of a second transistor 2, and the like decrease or increase base current of the first transistor 1, a change in base potential of a third transistor 3 changes current caused to flow in a first resistor 11 and current caused to flow in a pn diode 5, the current change makes base potential of the second transistor 2 receive change so as to increase collector current of the second transistor 2, that is, the base current of the first transistor, sufficiently receiving compensation for fluctuations of the base current. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
