<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient, small size and light weight building device generating air transfer energy which can be used even in a downtown area where wind is light, can be used indoors, is safe in a time of a storm and can generate power in night or rain, and of which construction cost is low. <P>SOLUTION: Energy is generated in a building with using transfer of air in the building. The building 2 on land 21 and a grid shape door 15 is provided on an entrance 14, a wall 16 provided with a round hole 17 is provided on a bottom of a corridor 23 connecting to the same. A propeller 18 is provided outside of a rotating power generator 19 in the round hole.
