PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sleeping bag which can be utilized as comfortable and clean bedding even in a refuge life over a long period of time due to a big earthquake, etc., and gives a sense of security also in a privacy and storing of valuables during sleeping. SOLUTION: In the refuge life, the inner volume of the sleeping bag can be enlarged by opening a fastener, etc. on the side face of the sleeping bag and by opening a removable sheet, lying the so-called "spread-eagled" and changing clothes in the sleeping bag can be done. It can be utilized as a common sleeping bag by closing the fastener in a chilly season/place, an air-permeability of the inside of the sleeping bag is raised by passing the sheet through the lower part of an upper hanging section of the sleeping bag in a hot and humid season/place, and the inside of the sleeping bag can be kept warmer by passing the sheet through the upper part of the upper hanging section of the sleeping bag in a chilly season/place. By attaching a pocket, which uses the end of the sleeping bag as a spindle and can be rotated, to the underlay part of the sleeping bag, there is also a function of storing the valuables while sleeping.
