An offset adjusting circuit and an operational amplifier circuit are provided to perform an offset adjustment by absorbing an offset change with a small sized circuit. In an offset adjusting circuit(2), when a feedback is not applied from an output to an input, an output voltage of an operational amplifier circuit(1a) is converted into a binary value logic signal when a non-inverted input terminal and an inverted input terminal are shorted. The offset adjusting circuit(2) memorizes the converted signal. And, the offset adjusting circuit(2) adjusts the offset of the output voltage by using the memorized logic signal.
