An ice discharge device for a refrigerator is provided to maintain a sanitary condition of a guide member excellently by cleaning the guide member easily detachable from a freezer compartment door. In an ice discharge device(100) for a refrigerator, a custody box keeps an ice fallen from an ice making machine. A screw member(120) discharges the ice to the outside of the custody box by being rotated to a predetermined direction on a floor of the custody box. A transfer member(130) changes discharging a direction of the ice and is installed at a front of the screw member. A guide member(140) discharges an ice out of a freezer compartment door. And, an ice shatter member(150) discharges the ice shattered by an ice pulverizer to the guide member.
