PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate adjustments after antenna completion and antenna manufacture. SOLUTION: An antenna having a radiator constituted by inserting a conductor layer into a laminated substrate made of at least one of a dielectric and a magnetic material is characterized in that the laminated substrate has an opening portion where the conductor layer is exposed.
