PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing plug for hydraulic device not broken at an unintended position and mountable on a hydraulic device not requiring a seal tape or application of an adhesive agent by manual operation. SOLUTION: This sealing plug for hydraulic device for sealing a second through hole formed to cross a first through-hole formed in the hydraulic device comprises a screw part of 3 to 12 mm in diameter at one end part of the shaft-like body thereof. A flange part enlarging toward the other end side is formed at the end part of the screw part. A groove part for breakage enlarging to the other end side is formed at the end face of the flange part. The radius of curvature of the adhered part of the end face of the flange part to the groove part for breakage in the axial cross section is formed at 0.2 mm or less, and a head part for turning is formed at the end part of the groove part for breakage.
