Bituminous binder, process for applying the same and its use for road paving

The present invention relates to a bituminous binder, the process for applying the same and it use. Bituminous binder formulations formed by asphaltic bitumen, fatty acids and metallic catalysts to accelerate their reaction with oxygen are described. These formulations have an application in both bituminous mixtures with aggregates for road paving and surfacing treatments.
