A processing module for eliminating dioxin comprises a spreader plate with a few holes installed in a chamber, a spongy metal filter screen made of anatase type nanometer TiO<SUB>2</SUB>, and an ultraviolet lamp. After gases containing dioxin pass through the processing module, All gases flow up uniformly to and impinge on the skeleton structure of the spongy metal filter screen made of anatase type nanometer TiO<SUB>2</SUB>. After irradiated by the ultraviolet light from the ultraviolet lamp, the nanometer TiO<SUB>2</SUB> produces photons having strong oxidisability, the photons decompose the dioxin of the gases rapidly and eliminate all the dioxin thereof effectively.
