<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable telephone terminal with a camera that can be operated without manual operation, and an operation method and an operation program therefor. <P>SOLUTION: A user extracts a face area through a face area extracting unit 5 from image data input to an image data input unit 3, extracts feature points such as eyes and oral ends from the extracted face area, compares the feature points with initial positions of the preset feature points, and detects an operation to be required by the user for the portable telephone terminal with the camera depending on the gradient, then, the user can operate the telephone terminal without needing of inputting manually.
