PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cellular phone in which various setting, switching and adjustment are made possible in a folded state even without opening it and of which the operability and convenience are enhanced by providing a plurality of operation means on a sub-display surface of the cellular phone with camera. SOLUTION: The cellular phone is provided with a first display means 5 on the surface of a first casing 2 opposite to a second casing 3 at the folded state, a second display means 20, an imaging means 21 and the plurality of operation means 23, 24a, 24b on the rear surface of the first display means 5 of the first casing 2.
