PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a mail stored in the mail spool of an account in a mail server to be confirmed by portable information equipment even if a user who has the account in the mail server newly starts WWW mail system mail distribution service. SOLUTION: An electronic mail system comprises a means for enabling the user who has the account 1 of the first electronic mail server to create the account 2 in the second electronic mail server; a means for collectively transmitting the copy of the electronic mail of the user stored in the account 1 of the first electronic mail server immediately after the account is created to the account 2 of the user of the second electronic mail server; a means for setting scripts for automatically transmitting the copy of the electronic mail distributed to the account 1 of the first electronic mail server after the collective transmission is completed to the account 2; and a means for disabling the means for collective transmission after the script is set.
