PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive nonreciprocal circuit element having a small mounting area and the small number of components. SOLUTION: In this nonreciprocal circuit element, conductors 10a, 10b connected to port portions 6a, 7a of center conductors 6, 7 are provided on the bottom surface of a multilayer substrate 5. A first terminal member 16 is connected to the conductors 10a, 10b, the first terminal member 16 has the same plane as or subtly protrudes from the bottom surface of a bottom plate 3a, through a first escaping portion 3d provided on the bottom plate 3a of a second yoke 3 in a non-contact state with the bottom plate 3a. Accordingly, since the first terminal member 16 can be connected to a wiring pattern of a circuit board within a range of the bottom plate 3a, a mounting area on the circuit board can be reduced and the inexpensive one having the small number of components and excellent productivity can be obtained.
