PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a latching member formed in a pressure parts or a rotation stopper having a resistance against a force diagonally transmitted thereto and a low structural height and manufacturable at low cost. SOLUTION: This latching member 8, 20 engaging a first transmission part with a second transmission part at at least one adjusting position comprises a main body 14 formed of a sheet metal and on which at least one spring member is hung. The main body of the latching member is formed in a ball shape, the base part 14a thereof is aligned to cross a pressing direction, the wall part thereof is radially spread to be bent from the base part upward, and at least a part thereof is covered by a cap 10. The cap is disposed on the opposite side of the base part in the pressing direction, and comprises a bulge 10c projected from the cap in the opposite direction of the base part to the outside in the pressing direction.
