The device comprises an absorber (24), a solution pump (12), a choke valve (25), a solution heat exchanger (26), a discharger (27), a condenser (28), a further choke valve (29) and a vaporizer (30). The device is made up of two identical sections (I and II) with a measuring pipes (2, 23) in which conducting electrodes (3, 4, 13, 14), a direct current source (5, 15) and a current and temperature apparatus (6, 16, 7, 17). The first section (I) is arranged between the absorber~s solution pump and the solution heat exchanger and the second section (II) is located between the solution heat exchanger and the choke valve and absorber. The electrodes are positioned in a section of the measuring pipes of the first section parallel to a main pipe connection (1) in which the coolant solution flows, as well as being positioned in section of the measuring pipes of the second section parallel to a main pipe connection (22).
