A reclining mechanism for a children's safety seat is provided to improve the structure of a carrying handle thereof for more convenient use. A reclining mechanism is applied to a children's safety seat(1) comprising two sitting sections. The sitting section comprises a seat section(2), a backrest section(3), and a carrying handle(5). The seat section and the backrest section are linked to each other. The carrying handle is connected to the safety seat and adjustable among multiple inclined positions relative to the safety seat. Especially, the carrying handle returns at least one of the sitting sections to its original position, through angular displacement by moving among the multiple inclined positions. The carrying handle is pivotably connected to the children's safety seat. At least one of the seat sections is fixed to a base(4) of the safety seat.
