PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image registration apparatus, method and program and an image preview program for increasing operating efficiency by obtaining image data registered in a printer.

SOLUTION: The image registration apparatus 10 has a graphics register 70 for registering images in a printer 50. The graphics register 70 sends image data to be registered to the printer 50, receives a serial number that identifies the printer 50 from the printer 50, and associates and records the image data sent and the serial number in a registered image data information file 65.
