<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a load imposed on a measuring head by reducing a domain capable of being imaged by the measuring head, and to improve handleability by a user, concerning a three-dimensional shape measuring device for measuring the three-dimensional shape of a subject by imaging the subject placed on a rotary table. <P>SOLUTION: This three-dimensional shape measuring device 10 for measuring the three-dimensional shape of the subject S includes (a) a rotary table unit RT having the rotary table 184, (b) the measuring head MH for measuring the three-dimensional shape of the subject by imaging the subject in the placed state on the rotary table, and (c) a deformable holder HD mounted on the measuring head, for holding the rotary table unit. The holder realizes selectively a development state wherein the rotary table unit is developed to the measuring head and a storage state wherein the unit is stored by deformation of itself, and the subject is placed on the rotary table and imaged by the measuring head in the development state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
