<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a side rail constituted to allow a user to leave a bed from a side and capable of positioning a grip part in a position easy to grip when the user stands up frontward in the side rail used in a bed changeable of its attitude like a chair. <P>SOLUTION: This side rail used for the bed changeable of its attitude into a bed-floor flat state and a chair state can be set at least into a storage state being flush with the floor part and an erected state for preventing the falling from the bed, and is so constituted that, when it is in the erected state, at least the grip part which the user grips in standing from the bed is formed narrower than the side rail attachment width. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
