PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear motor which has an armature winding part where the array of a coil is accurate and which is small and light. SOLUTION: In a linear motor 1 which is equipped with a field part 3 where a plurality of magnets 3a are arrayed and an armature winding part 2a which is arranged to face the magnets of the above field part and has a plurality of arrayed bobbins 2d where coils 2c are wound, the armature winding part 2a is molded integrally of resin by providing each bobbin of the above armature winding part with a positioning hole 2f and injecting resin 20 into a mold in condition that the above plurality of bobbins are positioned with the above positioning holes.
