PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a volume-adjusting device which can inhibit tone quality impairment in about 1/2 attenuation area, using a simple configuration. SOLUTION: It provide a volume-adjusting device which can be suppressed with simple configuration for tone quality deterioration in 1/2 attenuation region. An input audio signal is decayed by a reducing transformer 11, and input into a variable resistor 13 via a change-over switch 12.
