PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinball game machine in which the opening/closing operations of an opening/closing member do not obstruct the flow-down track of game balls flowing down a game area. SOLUTION: The pinball game machine PM comprises: a function of performing electric first drawing, provided with a drawing means for performing drawing on the basis of a ball entry to a first start port 13a, a display device 12 for displaying a lottery result and a first big winning port 16a to be opened when the drawing result is a winning; and a function of performing mechanical second drawing, provided with an opening/closing device 130 for opening the opening/closing member 131 and opening a second big winning port 122 when the ball enters a second start port 14a and a distribution device 150 for distributing the game ball which passes through the second big winning port 122 to a special winning position 156 or a normal winning position 153. The opening/closing member 131 is arranged more on the upper side than the first start port 13a and the second start port 14a, and is constituted such that the opening/closing operations of the opening/closing member 131 do not obstruct the flow-down track of the game balls flowing down the game area PA.
