A system and a method for offering an estimation service are provided to enable a user to share a estimate which is personally made by other users by registering the estimate to an estimate bulletin board, and induce the users to make the high quality estimate by offering rewards to the user who writes estimate according to a download or recommendation frequency of the estimate. A goods database(901) stores goods information of each category. A user interface(903) provider provides an estimate website with the first user interface for selecting the goods information stored in the goods database. An estimate generator(904) completes making of the estimate by including the selected goods information to the estimate in case that the first user selects the goods information. A bulletin board manager(905) registers the generated estimate to the estimate bulletin board. A transceiver(906) transmits the selected estimate to the second user by responding to a download request in the case that the second user selects the estimate registered to the estimate bulletin board and requests download of the selected estimate.
