A construction method of an elastic floor material with a lower protruded rubber block is provided to absorb shock in going from a playground slide on an elastic surface layer by easily and quickly installing the rubber block between an upper part of a concrete base layer and the elastic surface layer, and to prevent crack, deformation or distortion of the elastic surface layer by draining water with a hollow groove. An upper surface of a ground is compacted evenly(ST1), and a meshed polyester film or non-woven fabric is evenly mounted in the upper surface of the compacted ground to increase assembling force in paving concrete or asphalt(ST2). Concrete or asphalt is poured and cured on the meshed assembling layer(ST3), and a first primer is spread on the concrete base layer(ST4). Plural rubber blocks are assembled and installed on the first primer to increase shock absorbing force(ST5). A second primer is spread on an auxiliary assembling elastic layer(ST6), and an elastic surface layer is finished by mixing a urethane or rubber chip with a binder, spreading mixture on the second primer and pressing with a heating roller(ST7). |
