PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transceiver which induces an electric field based on information to be transmitted to a living body (electric field transmission medium) and performs transmission/reception of information via the living body by receiving the information based on the electric field induced to the living body and an invention utilizing nature that the closer the living body approaches an electric field in the inverse direction, the weaker an electric field intensity for transmission becomes. SOLUTION: A mode of amplitude variation of the electric signal and instruction content to a computer 1 are preliminarily associated with each other and stored (20), the mode of the amplitude variation of the electric signal is collated with a mode of amplitude variation of the electric signal measured by an amplitude measurement part 11, the instruction content to external equipment based on the amplitude variation of the electric signal measured by the amplitude measurement means is specified (13) and an instruction concerning the specified instruction content is executed by the computer 1.
