PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conference device which can surely call participants in a conference in a short time. SOLUTION: A server registers terminals corresponding to respective participants in a teleconference, calls registered terminals, determines whether telephone conversation with the participant of the terminal by calling is successful or not, determines the reason why telephone conversation with the participant is not successful, and calls the participant again based on a method corresponding to the determination results.
