PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a television receiver, the operating condition of which can be set easily. SOLUTION: The television receiver includes an internal storage section 16 for storing operating condition data Dc; a main control section 18 for controlling the operations of components according to the operating condition data Dc; and a data input output section 17, to which a memory card 4a, a hard disk drive 4b, and a CD-R/RW driver 4c can be connected; and when a first operation is executed, while the memory card 4a, the hard disk drive 4b, and the CD-R/RW driver 4c are connected to the data input output section 17, the main control section 18 allows the memory card 4a, the hard disk drive 4b, and the CD-R/RW driver 4c to store the operating condition data Dc stored in the internal storage section 16.
