PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and surely set a movable core (a movable frame body) having a strike in a strike box. SOLUTION: This lock receiving fitting for a door has the strike box, the movable core fitted in a loosely fitting state by respectively setting void parts between the innermost inner wall surface of the strike box and upper-lower opposed inner walls, and the strike integrally arranged in front of the movable core and always projecting from the strike box; and retreats the movable core in the strike box when an earthquake occurs. Upper-lower holding plates having a tip part elastically deformable in response to the vertical movement of the movable core are arranged in the upper-lower void parts, and while, the rear holding plate elastically deformable in response to the retreat movement of the movable core is arranged in the rear void part.
