A replacement apparatus of a worktable receiving a display panel and an inspection apparatus of the display panel are provided to easily replace a worktable by a few workers by replacing the worktable when the replacement apparatus is moved near the inspection apparatus. A cart(30) is movably formed by including wheels at its bottom side. A returning apparatus(32) is disposed in the cart. A first positioning apparatus(34) determines a position of the returning apparatus for an inspection apparatus for replacing a worktable. The returning apparatus includes a returning frame(36) supported by the cart movably in an X direction in a surface parallel to a display panel received at the worktable for returning the worktable.
