HUMAN NEURAL STEM CELL SECRETING A TRAIL, PREPARATION METHOD AND USE THEREOF

摘要

A human neural stem cell is provided to induce apopotosis of tumor cell and decrease of the tumor volume by secreting tumor necrosis factor-related apoptosis-inducing ligand(TRAIL), thereby being used for treating or preventing tumor. The human neural stem cell secreting TRAIL is transformed by virus vector, where nucleic acid encoding the TRAIL is inserted and has characteristics selected from the group consisting of: (a) expressing nestin and vimentin; (b) having a capability of being differentiated into at least one selected from the group consisting of neuronal cell, oligodendrocyte and stellate cell; (c) specifically surrounding margin of primary mass in human body to permeate into the inside of the mass; (d) specifically moving along tumor cells metastasized into human body to engrafted and distributed in the secondary mass; (e) inducing apoptosis of tumor cell in human body.
