PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve work efficiency when changing a cutting angle S of a belt-like member 12 while saving a space. SOLUTION: When the cutting angle S of the belt-like member 12 by a cutting means 15 is changed, a turning angle of a sheet piece 16 by a third conveyor 36 is changed in accordance with the changed cutting angle S to convey the sheet piece 16 to a second conveyor 17 at desired attitude always. By changing the turning angle of the sheet piece 16 by the third conveyor 36 merely in this way, a wide installation space for swinging the second conveyor 17 becomes unnecessary to save a space and improve work efficiency easily.
