PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle receiver capable of selectively accepting remote control from mobile phones other than a driver's mobile phone in a vehicle and capable of being operative of accepting only the remote control from one mobile phone at a time. SOLUTION: Upon the receipt of a remote control Bluetooth connection request from a mobile phone (step 110), a car navigation unit permits the remote control Bluetooth connection with the mobile phone (steps 130, 140) so long as the mobile phone is not a mobile phone registered in hands-free (step 120) and the mobile phone is a mobile phone registered as remote control mobile phones (step 125), and executes operations designated by a received remote control command on the basis of the reception of the remote control command from the mobile phone.
