PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device for stabilizing a circuit operation by improving the frequency characteristics of a decoupling capacitor, for suppressing the voltage deterioration of a power source line, and for suppressing the deterioration of the area efficiency of decoupling capacitor arrangement. SOLUTION: Decoupling capacitors DM1 and DM2 are connected between a power source line HL connected to a pad PDH for a high speed circuit for supplying a power to a circuit block C1 and a ground line GL connected to a ground pad PDG, so that a capacitor array HA can be configured for a high speed circuit. A plurality of decoupling capacitors DM1 are connected between a power source line LL connected to a pad PDL for a low speed circuit for supplying a power to a circuit block C2 and the ground line GL connected to the ground pad PDG, so that a capacitor array LA for a low speed circuit can be configured.
