PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To put to practical use a single end resonant converter which performs ZVS in all corresponding load regions. SOLUTION: A switching power circuit is constituted in which a primary switching converter is constituted as an E-class resonance type and a choke coil in the primary series resonance circuit of the E-class resonant converter is made the primary winding N1 of a PIT. The total coupling coefficient between the primary side and the secondary side and the coupling coefficient of an insulated converter transformer PIT itself are set to approximately 0.65 by equivalent parallel connection between a choke coil L10 and a primary winding N1.
