PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the dimension of the shape of the inner face of a delivering pipe for a reserve liquid in a reserve tank whose opening direction has a large angles to the opening direction of a bung hole for the reserve liquid can not be regulated. SOLUTION: A parison 4 is spread out by a parison spreading device, and then, a device for sliding a regulator for the bung hole for the reserve liquid is actuated to project the regulator for the bung hole and to insert it into a bung hole cavity, and similarly, a device for sliding a regulator for the delivering pipe for the reserve liquid is actuated to project the regulator for the delivering pipe and to insert it into a delivering pipe cavity 13, and then, a mold is clamped and compressed air is blown into the parison. Thereby, as the bung hole 2 and the delivering pipe 3 are cooled while the parts of the parison are respectively pinched between the bung hole cavity and the regulator for the bung hole, and between the delivering pipe cavity and the regulator for the delivering pipe, and the shapes of the inner faces are transferred with the outer shapes of the regulator for the bung hole and the regulator for the delivering pipe as they are, the dimensions with an extremely high accuracy can be obtained.
