PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cause a data processor and a server to send and receive files by means of a general-purpose protocol in such a manner that the server makes the data processor perform the process of a desired function. SOLUTION: A master ECR 2a receives file data sent from a PC 1 and identifies the kind of command in a file received. A process that matches the kind of command identified is started.
