PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix magnets without using an adhesive agent. SOLUTION: Each segment magnet 32 is arranged on the outer periphery of a rotor core 20 at a specified interval, a film 24 is placed on the outer periphery of each segment magnet 32 to cover the outer periphery of each segment magnet 32 with the film 24. A plurality of pillar sections 34 fixed to a disk section 36 are arranged on the film 24 between each segment magnet 32, the tip end side of each pillar section 34 is fitted in the groove of the disk section 38 to allow the disk sections 36, 38 to hold the opposite end sides of each pillar section 34 to press the film 24 from the outer peripheral side onto the axis side of the shaft 18.
