The pump has a support frame (2) with a support (13), in which an axis (11) of the pump has a tilting position transverse to earth surface. The axis has a horizontal position in the frame in a suction position such that an intake manifold (12) is arranged in a side frame (6). Focal point of the pump is arranged with a drive unit (9) in another suction position with the support between a lower side edge and a base of the support. An independent claim is also included for a method under usage of a one-man pump.
