<p>The present invention provides a power transmission belt for transmitting high loads, containing: a center belt containing: an elastomer; and a core embedded in the elastomer; and a block containing: an upper beam; a lower beam; and a pillar connecting the upper beam and the lower beam so as to form a groove to fit therein the center belt, at least one of the block and the center belt having a restricting part for restricting movement of the center belt with respect to the block in both the longitudinal direction and the width direction of the center belt, the center belt having a fibrous member at least in a portion of a surface being contact with the block.</p> |
