A waste developing agent collecting device of an image forming apparatus is provided to miniaturize a collection container for collecting the waste developing agent. A carry unit includes a separating member for separating the waste developing agent from a photosensitive member. A carry member guides the separated waste developing agent into a collection container(320). Driving members drive the carry member. The waste developing agent is loaded at the bottom surface of a collection space(325). A separating unit(330) prevents the loading of the waste developing agent at the bottom of the entrance(324).
