<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation transmission device with a built-in one-way clutch capable of exhibiting enhanced durability even under the high temperature condition. <P>SOLUTION: In the rotation transmission device with the built-in one-way clutch provided with a sleeve 11, a pulley 12 coaxially arranged on an outer periphery of the sleeve 11, and the one-way clutch 3 and rolling bearings 2 disposed between the sleeve 11 and the pulley 12, the rolling bearings 2 are equipped with contact seals 26 disposed on an end facing the axial direction outer side of the rotation transmission device, and a resin retainer 24 having an annular part 24a and a protruding part 24b, and the retainer 24 is arranged so that the annular part 24a side faces the axial direction outer side of the rotation transmission device.
